Piani di Studio

Your study plan must be completed via the Delphi System, in accordance with the Manifesto degli studi corresponding to your year of enrollment.

Manifesti degli studi: https://segreteria.lettere.uniroma2.it/home/offerta-formativa/manifesti-degli-studi/

  • The study plan can only be submitted between October 1st and July 31st.
  • The study plan is submitted only once; it does not need to be presented every year.
  • You cannot book exams without an approved study plan.
  • In the Delphi system, the ‘EXAMS’ option—followed by ‘Submission of study plan’—becomes available online starting in October, but only after the first installment of university fees has been paid and validated.
  • Study plans are approved once a month by the Master’s Vice-Tutor (Prof. Giorgia Gastaldon) or the Academic Tutor (Prof. Adele Milozzi).
  • For assistance with filling out the forms—available only at the beginning of the year—you can go to the desk located opposite the Student Registrar’s Office: https://www-2024.lettere.uniroma2.it/ufficio-orientamento-studenti/
  • The study plan cannot be changed. If you wish to make a change for extraordinary circumstances, you must request cancellation of the previous study plan to info@arthistoryrome.uniroma2.it and submit a new one.
  • Non-native Italian speaking students must choose the Italian language course.
  • For elective courses only, exams in Italian and from other departments may be included in the study plan, provided they are consistent with the course of study.

What is a study plan?
It is the programme comprising all the academic activities (courses, practical sessions, etc.) that must be completed in order to obtain a degree. Each degree programme requires a certain number of examinations: some are compulsory and are determined by the institutional bodies, whilst others may be chosen by the students. The combination of compulsory and elective exams constitutes each student’s study plan until the required number of credits for the degree has been attained. When drawing up their study plan, students choose some of their exams from a set list (optional), whilst others are entirely at their discretion (free choice).
